Motions
Ballot Bids - bids were reviewed from three vendors - Phoenix, Youngstown Printing and ES&S. The Board briefly discussed ES&S’s practice of subcontracting the printing work out to another vendor.  Although about $1,000 higher than ES&S’s bid, Youngstown Printing was chosen because they do their printing in-house and have been a reliable and responsive vendor. Ballots will be received well in advance of the August 8 election.

High Speed Printer Replacement  -
