The meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM.
Meeting minutes for October 25, 2022 were approved.
Observer Comment: Minutes are current online through October 25, 2022, with the exception of the September 20, 2022 minutes, which were approved in October but haven’t been posted on the Auditor’s website.

Approval of Auditor’s Aumentum Technologies system (aka MVP) for 2023, totaling $111,797. This system is used for real estate appraisals. The auditor’s office will move to a cloud based system in 2024, with a migration process occuring in 2023. Once the system is cloud based, eight servers will no longer be needed.

Approval of Developmental Disabilities Dell Technologies purchase of 15 tablets used in the field, totalling $15,886, as well as a presentation clicker.
Executive Session – The Board voted to enter Executive Session at 2:13 pm pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22 (G) (3) for a conference with an attorney for the ADP Board concerning a dispute involving the ADP Board that is the subject of pending or imminent court action. Allen Keener, Frank Antenucci, Tammy McClintock, Katie Taylor, Scott Daisher, and Pam McMahon were asked to join the Board. Commissioner Dvorak was asked to step out because the litigation involves a lawsuit filed by the County Commissioners against members of the ADP Board. The board re-entered regular session at 2:57 pm.

A motion passed unanimously “to authorize the Auditor to enter into an agreement to obtain outside counsel to represent the defendants in the pending lawsuit and authorize the Prosecutor to file the necessary application with the Court of Common Pleas to obtain outside counsel for those defendants if the mediation is unsuccessful and the stay in the case is lifted.”

Commissioner Dvorak was no longer present.
Reviewer Comment - the parties are currently pursuing Government Conflict Resolution, a mediation service available at no cost through the Ohio Supreme Court.

Next regular meeting: The December 13, 2022, meeting has been canceled. The next regular meeting hasn’t been listed on the website but it usually occurs in March.
