Berkshire Board of Education – Special Meeting, June 25, 2026

Board Members Attendance: John Manfredi, President, Linda Stone, Vice President, and member Dan
Berman were present. Brandon Townsend and Bryan Wadsworth were absent.
Staff Attendance: Superintendent John Stoddard and Treasurer Beth McCaffrey
Opening of Special Meeting - The meeting was called to order at 7:00 am by Mr. Manfredi, who led the Pledge of Allegiance. The roll was called. Observer Note: The video begins at the beginning of the roll call. It is assumed that the meeting started on time and the Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Approval of Agenda – Approved unanimously without discussion.
Approval of Minutes – No Minutes were presented for approval.
