Dr. Hanlon noted the Capital Improvement projects and their completion as listed in his report.

Dr. Hanlon noted and acknowledged spring sports accomplishments as listed on his report. No students were able to attend the meeting for congratulations.

Item 4.7: Dr. Hanlon drew attention to his report’s explanation for the Approval of Resolution 2026-18: CyberSecurity. All districts are required by law to have a compliant plan in place for cybersecurity response and Dr. Hanlon commended Bill Nells, Director of Technology, for being “on the forefront of cybersecurity.”

See Item 5.6 for resolution documents. Ms. Armbruster explained that these are funds transferred to specific Capital Project funds that can only be used as the fund designates.
